Unfortunately Wood End Advice & Information Centre Ltd has to announce a reduced open door service due to a large increase in the number of complex debt cases, putting a heavy strain on members of staff.

From 1^st December 2008 until 19 January 2009 the Centre will only be open on a Tuesday morning from 9.30 for new cases. 

This is the first time in nearly 30 years of service to the community, which the Centre has had to reduce its committed service, a decision not taken lightly. 

The Centre is dedicated to offering a quality service to all users.   Our Services are in much demand therefore it is advisable that you get here early.  Each open session has a daily quota.  Once this is reached, we cannot see anyone else on that day.
