How to contact us:

To make an appointment call our Information and Advice Line on 02476433983 between 10am and 3pm Mon - Fri

Telephone appointments are available Mon - Fri 10am to 2pm.

We offer face to face appointments at surgeries based in community venues in Coventry and Nuneaton. We offer face to face appointments at out Leamington office. These outreach surgeries are held monthly and are accessible by appointment only

Home visits can sometimes be arranged.

Open Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 1.00pm*, come and talk to a member of staff who will advise how we might best assist you.

* Due to high demand the drop in service regularly ends before 1.00pm; so you are advised to attend as early as possible.
