To make an appointment call in or telephone our reception on 024 7623 1999 between 9.30am - 4.30pm.

Appointments are available Mon - Fri 9.30am -12.30pm.

Afternoon appointments are by special arrangement.

Advice, information and support is provided either by the telephone or in our office. Home visits can sometimes be arranged.

From Tuesday 7th September, we will open 5 days per week from 9.30am.

We can see 20 people each day at our drop-in session - a short interview will take place, where we will assess your situation and identify how best to help you.

Alternatively you can ring the telephone advice line 02476 252052 on Monday, tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 12.00 - 2.00pm. We do not make appointments on this line but will try to answer your query in full.

Pilot scheme commencing 12th May 2009 for employment advice. clients can book a 30 minute appointment on Tuesday & Thursday for employment advice. Book appointments via reception.
