Our advisors generally see new clients by appointment but we can see you without an appointment if your problem is urgent. You can telephone us on 024 7622 3053, or call into our office, to see if your problem is something that we can help with.

We will take your case if it is referred to us by any of the partners of Advice Services Coventry.

We are open 5 days per week from 9.30am.

We can see 20 people each day at our drop-in session - a short interview will take place, where we will assess your situation and identify how best to help you.

Our Services are in much demand, therefore it is advisable that you get here early. Each open session has a daily quota. Once this is reached, we cannot see anyone else on that day. If your problem needs further work to resolve, an appointment will be made outside of the Open Door Sessions.
